wrap / unwrap WSOL

convert native SOL to wrapped SOL (and back). uses SystemTransfer + SyncNative for wrap, CloseAccount for unwrap.

Wrap native SOL into the WSOL SPL token for DEX trading and protocol deposits, or unwrap WSOL back to liquid SOL. Unwrap recovers the rent reserve plus any wrapped amount left in the WSOL account.
